Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@novagreat.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If your claim is approved after inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We may request photo or video evidence to verify the issue before processing the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refund Processing
